Correct Answer: 25 km/hr
Solution:
Let the speed of train be x kmph and its length be ykm,
when the train crosses a man it covers its own length,
so, \(\frac{y}{(x-3)*\frac{5}{18}}=10\)
by solving we get 18y=50x-150
similarly \(\frac{y}{(x-5)*\frac{5}{18}}=11\)
by solving we get 18y=55x-275
from the above 2 equations, we get x=25 kmph
